Key Requirements:
7+ years of experience in application support and IT systems roles
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM administration and development
Experience with API and REST service integrations
Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with WordPress development and website administration
Knowledge of Azure services and enterprise applications
Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and Agile methodologies
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Power Platform Certification
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certification (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Microsoft Cloud Platform solutions (O365, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Power BI)
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and custom applications
• Support Dynamics 365 CRM and Investor Portal components
• Design workflow processes and solution integrations
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
• Support websites, digital marketing tools, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics (GA)
• Ensure application performance, security, and continuous improvement
