Job Description
– Oversee and supervise agricultural site activities to ensure proper implementation of projects.
– Monitor daily operations on-site, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest and disease control.
– Ensure compliance with quality standards.
– Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and productivity.
– Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
– 5 to 7 years of experience in agricultural site supervision or field operations.
– Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, irrigation systems, and pest management.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
– Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
– Experience in Palm tree farms is a plus
