-Develop, implement, and maintain the facility’s Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program by applying pest management and sanitation principles, risk assessment techniques, and food safety knowledge to effectively minimize pest-related risks and ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
-Analyze pest activity trends using data analysis and trend reporting tools and implement preventive and corrective actions through effective CAPA management to continuously improve pest management performance and reduce pest occurrences.
-Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate integrated pest management and pest control activities, utilizing stakeholder management, influencing skills, and performance monitoring techniques to ensure effective implementation and timely resolution of identified issues.
-Lead and oversee housekeeping standards across production, utility, external areas, and follow-up on warehouse housekeeping activities by demonstrating effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
-Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the facility’s Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) program by reviewing cleaning parameters, analyzing performance results and trends, verifying cleaning effectiveness, and coordinating with relevant departments to optimize cleaning efficiency, hygiene standards, resource utilization, and food safety compliance.
-Conduct GMP, GHP, hygiene, and housekeeping inspections, applying attention to detail, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring skills to ensure timely implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
-Manage waste handling, segregation, storage, and disposal processes in compliance with food safety, environmental, and company requirements, while ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
-Investigate pest sightings, sanitation deviations, and housekeeping non-conformities by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), risk assessments, and problem-solving activities to identify and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
-Support internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections through effective documentation, audit readiness activities, and compliance verification to ensure adherence to applicable standards and requirements.
-Prepare, maintain, and analyze weekly and monthly reports, KPIs, performance indicators, and trend analyses related to IPM and housekeeping activities using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with food safety management systems, company policies, legal requirements, and applicable industry standards at all times through effective monitoring, documentation, communication, and coordination activities.
-Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, preferably in Dairy Science and Food Technology, Entomology, Pesticide Chemistry, or a related field.
-“0–2” years of experience in the FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or beverage industry.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
