Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding and is seeking experienced Investment Advisors to join our growing team. We are looking for driven professionals with a strong background in real estate investments, wealth-building strategies, financial advisory, or investment consulting.

Requirements

* Proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management, financial consulting, private banking, or Dubai real estate investments

* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities

* Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

* Strong understanding of investment principles and Dubai’s property market

* Financial or investment-related qualifications are advantageous

* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

* Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and wealth-building strategies

* Convert company-generated leads into successful investment transactions

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors

* Conduct consultations, presentations, and investment reviews

* Provide market insights and investment recommendations

* Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system

* Work closely with the marketing team to maximize conversion rates

* Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and emerging investment opportunities
