Job Responsibilities &Duties:
Coach and monitor the performance of Operations and provide the needed feedback. (Through monthly/Weekly one on one meetings).
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Set Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Make strategy adjustments, as necessary.
Empowering new team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
