Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Internship as an E-Commerce & Inventory Assistant based in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will assist with managing product inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving processes, and ensure accurate inventory control. Additional tasks include collaborating with the team to maintain seamless stock operations, updating inventory data using computer systems, and supporting the e-commerce operations. Travel expenses associated with the role will be covered.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving, Physical Inventory management, and Inventory Control
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Computer Literacy, including familiarity with inventory management software and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce and inventory practices
- Previous experience or coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
