Arteco Ceramics is a leading distributor of worldwide luxury brands of porcelain tiles, mosaics and sanitary ware in UAE, hiring Interiors Designer/Sales to maximize sales while providing honest, informative and friendly customer service.
Interior Designer/Sales Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the structure of the design department of the company ensuring the
maximum effectiveness and success of the department.
- Help in establishing an organized design department by helping in employing the right
candidates like draftsman and interior designer.
- Overseeing the design team to ensure that client requirements are met and that the
appropriate designs, documentations, measurement and feedback to the client are
completed on time and up to client expectations.
- Overseeing the design of showrooms displays regularly and effectively to attract
customers and improve sales.
- Concept design and propose for the clients as per their requirements using the company
material in the best possible way.
- Assists sales team and perform direct customers sales if required.
Target:
- To create an efficient design department which is capable of handling full design jobs in
the future.
- Improve the quality of renders/drawings provided to clients by training the draftsman’s
and improving their skills.
- Increase sales by providing beautiful displays and design which is pleasing to clients
along with correct measurements.
The candidate must possess the below basic requirements:
• Knowledge of Russian language -MUST
• Excellent communication skills in English language.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in furniture, kitchen or building materials industry .
• With excellent knowledge and skill in AutoCAD, 3Ds, and/or other rendering software.
• Able to converse and plan designs with clients.
