Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Supervisor based in our Dbayeh office. The IT Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day management of IT operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless technology functionality. They will lead and manage the IT team, delegate responsibilities, and guide team members toward achieving organizational technology goals. Collaborating with other departments, the IT Supervisor will implement technology solutions and maintain IT infrastructure to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Technology, including maintaining systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management, including delegating tasks and mentoring staff
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with cybersecurity measures and modern workplace tools is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively
