Role overview

You will manage one or two client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary technology owner for the platforms in your scope. The role spans systems administration, application development, network and identity security, operations technology, and IT procurement. You will also work closely with Red Steel’s technology partners and industry vendors to deliver and integrate solutions across the client environment.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 administration

• Manage the client’s M365 tenant: identity, licensing, app governance, security baselines, and incident response

• Support D365 Finance & Operations rollouts and ongoing operations, coordinating with implementation partners

Network & identity security

• Administer network security platforms including firewalls, MFA, conditional access, and privileged access management

• Handle vendor onboarding and incident response

Application development & automation

• Design and build applications that solve client business problems — workflow apps, internal portals, mobile tools, and dashboards

• Develop automations and integrations across the client’s system landscape using APIs, webhooks, and scripting

• Maintain, document, and version all client-facing tools

Operations technology

• Work with client Operations and Design teams on the technology layer of physical assets — control rooms, CCTV, BMS, on-site server infrastructure

• Translate operational requirements into vendor scopes and manage delivery and sign-off

IT procurement & standardisation

• Standardise equipment across the client environment

• Manage vendor relationships, submit and approve purchase requests, and review contracts on the client’s behalf

Partner & vendor engagement

• Work with Red Steel’s technology partners and third-party vendors to evaluate, procure, and implement solutions

• Coordinate with ERP implementation partners, security vendors, and infrastructure suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

• Represent Red Steel in technical discussions with external parties

Requirements

• Combined experience in systems administration and software development

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)

• Experience with ERP platforms (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• Application development capability — Power Platform, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, or similar

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns

• Network security experience (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or equivalent)

• Able to engage directly with senior client stakeholders and external partners

• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus

• Saudi-based or willing to relocate to Riyadh

Preferred

• Prior consulting or managed-services experience

• Production application deployments (Power Apps, custom web apps, or mobile)

• Experience spanning construction-phase technology and operational IT

• Background in real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure
