About the Role We are looking for a motivated IT Technical Sales professional to join our team. This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business support, combining technical understanding with client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to clients across the North Emirates to support sales activities Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documentation Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain and update sales pipeline and databases Prepare sales and marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures) using design tools Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and client communication Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all sales-related activities Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market insights
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business information systems Must be currently based in the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman)1–3 years of experience in IT sales support or a similar role Willingness to travel for client site visits within the North Emirates Good understanding of IT solutions and services Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Ability to confidently present and communicate with clients Ability to prepare professional sales materials using design software (e.g., Power Point, Canva, or similar tools).
