Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Coordinator located in Qesm 2nd Tanta. In this role, you will provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth network administration. You will act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting IT issues and collaborate with team members to provide timely resolutions. Documentation of issues and solutions will also be a key responsibility to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing across the team.
