Job Description
This is a full-time, remote role. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Impacto, you will be at the core of our client delivery, identifying, vetting, and activating influencers across Instagram and TikTok for brand campaigns across Dubai and the wider UAE.
Your daily work will include:
- Building and managing influencer lists using our internal platform and manual research
- Vetting influencers for engagement quality, audience authenticity, and content relevance
- Running outreach campaigns and managing influencer relationships end-to-end
- Coordinating campaign briefs, content approvals, and posting schedules
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing clear client reports
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging UAE creators
- Supporting lead generation efforts for new clients
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, engagement rates, audience demographics, content performance
- Ability to identify fake followers and inflated engagement.
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Comfortable working with data spreadsheets, performance metrics, and reporting
- Strong written communication in English for outreach and client reporting
- Self-starter mentality, you take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged
