UGC Influencer Coordinator – Remotley

Pay: 21,500.00 (EGP) – 28,700.00 (EGP) per month

We are seeking a creative and organized UGC Influencer Coordinator to manage and execute user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying potential creators, building relationships, managing collaborations, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and recruit UGC creators and influencers relevant to the brand’s target audience.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with creators.
• Coordinate content briefs, guidelines, and deadlines for influencers.
• Review and approve content to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Maintain influencer and creator databases.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Foster long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of UGC trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools is an advantage.
• English & Arabic speaking is Must
