Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs clearance.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
Manage export declarations and NAFEZA system processes
Identify areas for improvement in logistics efficiency and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
Work with Finance to ensure accurate billing, insurance, and LC (Letter of Credit) compliance.
Keep up to date with Egyptian foreign trade regulations
Communicates with the plant, warehouse, carriers, and forwarders for smooth logistics.
Ensure accuracy of shipment details (HS code, Incoterms, consignee information).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in import/export of at least 2 years.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Candidates from any university background are welcome, provided they hold a professional Diploma in Logistics Management.
Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and documentation.
Knowledge of NAFEZA, CargoX, and ACID processes
Familiarity with customs regulations, tariffs, and international shipping practices.
