implementation and technical Support Specialist Full Time

Role Description

The Implementation & Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the successful deployment of Hareer’s booking system and dashboards at partner locations. This role ensures that partners (Salons & Cosmetics) are fully trained, hardware is correctly configured, and technical issues are resolved promptly. the positions play as the technical face of the company in the field, bridging the gap between our technology and the partner’s daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Visit salons and centers to set up the Hareer booking system, including hardware configuration (printers, tablets, networking).
• Conduct hands-on training for salon staff on how to manage bookings, upload data, and navigate the dashboard.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware connectivity issues (e.g., thermal printers, PC drivers, and local network settings).
• Act as the escalation point for Account Managers; resolve technical glitches or escalate complex bugs to the Software Development team.
• Manage internal company assets, including Microsoft 365 accounts, laptop configurations, and office software installations.
•  Create simple “How-to” guides or videos for partners to help them troubleshoot common system issues independently.
• Report feedback from the field regarding system performance to the Tech Manager to help improve the user interface.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support, system implementation, or as a field technician.
•  Strong knowledge of Windows/Android OS and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Expertise in hardware troubleshooting (Printers, POS systems, Peripheral devices).
• Basic understanding of how APIs and Web Dashboards work.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills (ability to explain tech to non-tech people).
• Patience and problem-solving mindset.
• High mobility and willingness to travel daily across different locations.
