Role Description
This is a 6-month, full-time, contract role for a Human Resources Management Consultant based on-site in Dubai. The consultant will work closely with clients to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include providing expertise in HR management, advising on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring the effectiveness of HR policies and practices. The role requires delivering actionable insights and consulting support to optimize workforce operations and align human resources with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Expertise in creating and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in Management Consulting practices, and experience in a Tier 1 Management Consulting firm preferred.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in consulting or working with clients in the Middle East is an advantage
