Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Amman.

About the Role:As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to both leadership and employees, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business objectives. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations• Drive performance management processes and initiatives• Partner with stakeholders to support organizational development and growth
What We’re Looking For:• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices• Proven experience in employee relations and labor law• Solid background in performance management• Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
