• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all HR activities adhere strictly to Labour Law regulations and company policies, especially concerning Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where applicable.
• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and confidential files, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Aid: Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements (potentially utilizing tools like Google Keyword Planner for optimal reach) to supporting new employee onboarding.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Support employee relations initiatives, addressing inquiries and fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Aid in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Project & Report Assistance: Contribute to HR projects and generate insightful reports as needed, leveraging your analytical skills.

Skills & Technologies: We’re looking for someone who brings a robust skill set, including expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), a strong grasp of Labour Law, and familiarity with tools like Google Keyword Planner. Beyond these, proficiency in HR administration, employee relations, data management, and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
