Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Sales Specialist – Closer. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, managing the sales pipeline, facilitating the deal closure process, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively
• Proven expertise in Closings and Deal Closure to convert leads into successful sales
• Knowledge of Escrow processes and their role within deal closure, when applicable
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in the MENA market or familiarity with the region is a plus
• Previous experience in commission-based or sales-focused roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales software
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
