Job Description
A leading company in the plastics manufacturing industry is seeking to hire an experienced HSE & Quality Supervisor to oversee the implementation of safety and quality systems and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks.
Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare root cause reports.
Follow up on emergency and evacuation plans and ensure readiness.
Participate in internal audits for ISO systems.
Monitor HSE and quality KPIs.
Promote HSE and quality awareness among employees.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and certification entities.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in HSE and Quality fields.
Mandatory: Certified in:
ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
Good command of computer skills (MS Office).
Good knowledge of local HSE regulations.
