HSE Officer (Construction) Full Time NEW

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and implementing safety policies and procedures across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain HSE records, reports, and doentation.
Monitor emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with client and company HSE requirements.

Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
5 yrs relevant experience as HSE officer in construction
NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HSE experience.
Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
U construction experience is preferred.
Currently based in UAE
With valid Driving License
Able to attend personal interview in UAE
