If you are skilled at spotting opportunities and closing deals in the HR sector, this is your chance.
What you will do:
• Attract new clients and close contracts in HR services, recruitment, and outsourcing.
• Manage the full client journey: from first contact, to the meeting, to the quotation, through to contract signing.
• Build long-term relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Coordinate with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
What we are looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR services, recruitment, or outsourcing sales (B2B).
• A proven track record of hitting targets and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of HR systems, Saudization, and government compliance in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).
