HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

🎯 Role Purpose

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates, ensuring the company attracts, selects, and hires the right talent efficiently and professionally.

🧩 Key Responsibilities (Full Recruitment Process)

1️⃣ Manpower Planning & Job Requirements

• Coordinate with department heads to understand:
• Hiring needs
• Job roles & responsibilities
• Required skills, experience, and budget
• Prepare or update job descriptions based on business needs
• Plan recruitment timelines and priorities

2️⃣ Job Posting & Talent Sourcing

• Publish job vacancies on:
• LinkedIn
• Job portals
• Social media platforms
• Internal databases & referrals
• Actively source candidates through:
• LinkedIn search
• CV databases
• Direct outreach (headhunting)
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring

3️⃣ CV Screening & Shortlisting

• Review and screen CVs based on job requirements
• Filter candidates according to:
• Skills
• Experience
• Cultural fit
• Create a shortlist report for hiring managers
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
• Communication skills
• Availability
• Salary expectations

4️⃣ Interview Coordination & Assessment

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct HR interviews to assess:
• Behavioral fit
• Motivation
• Career alignment
• Coordinate technical or department interviews
• Collect and document interview feedback
• Support decision-making process with clear recommendations

5️⃣ Selection & Offer Management

• Support final candidate selection
• Prepare job offers based on approved packages
• Communicate offers professionally and clearly
• Handle negotiations when required
• Send offer letters and acceptance confirmations

6️⃣ Onboarding & Pre-Joining

• Coordinate pre-joining requirements:
• Documents
• Contracts
• Intern or employment agreements
• Follow up with candidates until joining date
• Ensure smooth handover to HR Operations
• Support first-day onboarding process

7️⃣ Recruitment Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain recruitment trackers:
• Open positions
• Hiring status
• Time-to-hire
• Prepare recruitment reports and KPIs
• Analyze hiring effectiveness and source performance
• Suggest process improvements

8️⃣ Employer Branding & Recruitment Support

• Support employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns
• Represent the company professionally to candidates
• Ensure positive candidate experience at all stages

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
