Job Title: HR Officer (Tamheer)

Role Purpose:
The HR Officer Intern will support core Human Capital functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to a professional work environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination
Coordinate with hiring managers to support hiring needs
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Assist in handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Support HR reports, data entry, and administrative tasks
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
• Good communication skills in English
Preferred
• Certifications in Human Resources
