Flix Auto Transport is a top rated U.S.-based auto transport brokerage company headquartered in Austin, Texas, serving customers across all 50 states. We specialize in arranging professional vehicle transportation for individuals, dealerships, businesses, military members, students, and relocating customers throughout the United States.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Hiring Specialist to help us attract, screen, and hire strong candidates for our remote team. This role is focused on recruitment, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and improving the quality of our hiring pipeline.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, strong in English, and confident when communicating with candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in recruitment while working with a U.S.-based company in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates based on experience, English level, communication skills, professionalism, and remote work readiness.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and request voice recordings or assessments when needed.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and hiring pipeline updates.
- Work closely with management to improve job ads, screening questions, candidate quality, and the overall recruitment process.
Working Schedule
- Full-time remote position.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate screening is required.
- Experience hiring sales, telesales, call center, customer service, or remote candidates is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English is required, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Strong ability to review resumes, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage follow-ups, interview scheduling, and hiring pipeline updates in a remote work environment.
