Role Overview

Our client, a growing industrial services organization, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in Riyadh by driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development initiatives.

The role will act as a trusted advisor to management while ensuring alignment between HR practices and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders to support organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
2. Provide strategic HR guidance on employee engagement, leadership development, and talent retention
3. Lead recruitment initiatives for key technical and commercial roles
4. Support change management and organizational transformation projects
5. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
6. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making
7. Facilitate training, succession planning, and career development programs

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
2. 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner exposure
3. Experience supporting industrial, engineering, or technical organizations preferred
4. Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities
5. Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
6. Excellent communication and influencing skills
