The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE labor law along with administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and renewals in compliance with UAE regulations
Liaise with immigration departments, embassies, and relevant government bodies
Support employee relations, addressing queries and workplace issues
Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking
Handle general office administration duties (filing, supplies, correspondence)
Manage leave records, attendance, and performance tracking
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
Handle exit formalities including clearance and final settlements
Maintain accurate records of all permits, renewals, and expiration dates
Arrange travel bookings (air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation) for staff
Support management in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (experience in visa/work permit processing is an advantage)
Familiarity with Mohre and Immigration processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
