Job Summary

As an HR Admin Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations across EatX, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding and employee records to payroll coordination and compliance, you will play a key role in keeping our people processes structured, accurate, and consistent.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee HR administration across the group
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits
• Handle HR documentation, letters, and employee requests
• Support visas and compliance with PRO and government teams
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
• Lead and support the HR admin team

What We Are Looking For

• 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR administration or HR operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance
• Confident with HR systems (HRMS) and experienced in managing employee data and payroll coordination
