Role Overview
Join our dynamic HR department as an HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT. As part of our team in Bahrain, you’ll work in an ONSITE environment, providing essential support to ensure efficient human resource operations. The role offers the chance to be involved in a broad spectrum of HR functions, ranging from employee records management to facilitating onboarding, all while contributing to a productive and positive workplace.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, and job classification changes.
Collect and prepare timesheets, leave applications, and bonus information to support payroll processing.
Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist with recruitment efforts.
Prepare onboarding materials, ensure completion of necessary documentation, and guide new employees through HR procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate information.
Support benefits administration by providing information on employee programs and tracking form submissions.
Organize HR meetings, training sessions, and departmental events.
Draft correspondence, manage HR databases, and support HR managers with day-to-day clerical tasks.
Must Have Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software system.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred; entry-level candidates considered.
Age between 26–30 years old.
Preferred nationality: Filipino.
