We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Home Service Coordinator to join our growing company. The Home Services Coordinator serves as the central communication and scheduling hub for the Home Services Department. This role is responsible for receiving service requests from the call center, assigning tasks to supervisors and technicians, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring efficient workflow across all service activities. The coordinator also works closely with procurement for spare parts, updates all stakeholders on job progress, tracks ongoing and completed jobs, and escalates any delays or unresolved issues to the Home Services Manager or Facilities Engineer.
