Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Histology Technician located in Suhaj, Egypt. The Histology Technician will be responsible for preparing and processing tissue samples, conducting lab tests, assisting with pathological analysis, and ensuring high standards of quality in all laboratory procedures. The role requires adherence to established protocols and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support diagnostic and research efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Histology and Pathology practices, including tissue preparation and examination
• Strong Laboratory Skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail
• Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent qualifications
• Strong adherence to safety and compliance standards in the laboratory setting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Biological Sciences or a clinical laboratory discipline
• Previous experience in histology laboratories is preferred
