  • Supports the planning, guidance, monitoring and coordination of the multiple activities involved in the successful implementation of planned programs.
  • Supports the development of conceptual plans, action plans, BSC, KPI, SMAIP, MAIP OPEX budget for follow-up and update. Monitors, measures and reports the progress.
  • Suggests remedial measures and additional equipment, material, services, contracts, manpower and other required suggestions in liaison with user departments.
  • Suggests accurate procedures and resources relating planning, procurements, manpower and studies new requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, procedures and work manuals and prepare reports for implementing periodical plans and successful accomplishments.
