Hiring: Dispatcher (Food Delivery Operations)
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The role involves coordinating between the kitchen and delivery team to ensure all orders are accurate, well-packed, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage orders from the POS system.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
Check orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before dispatch.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and inclusion of receipts.
Organize completed orders for driver pickup.
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch.
Follow up on order status with both kitchen and logistics teams.
Assist kitchen during busy hours if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills. (Arabic & English)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Team player with attention to detail.
Job Details
Salary: 150 KD
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
