A facilities management company is looking for a motivated and organized graduate to join our operations team as a Helpdesk & Operations Coordinator.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handle incoming calls and messages and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with field teams and follow up on daily task completion
• Issue quotations and manage tasks through our system
• Prioritize and follow up on urgent and emergency requests
• Maintain clear communication and documentation across all active jobs
• Ensure accurate task records, including time logs and status updates
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Recent graduate (not currently studying)
• Well-organized with strong follow-up skills
• Good communication in Arabic and English
• Comfortable working with phones, WhatsApp, and basic software tools
• Able to work independently and handle pressure
• Residing near Jounieh
