Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor located in Ahmadi. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including managing and coordinating HVAC system maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of technicians. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, supervising repairs, and providing excellent support to internal stakeholders. The role requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on achieving efficient and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task coordination
• Expertise in HVAC systems, with knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC-related issues
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with an ability to meet the operational needs of clients
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance in an industrial environment
• Technical certifications in HVAC systems or related disciplines are advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities
