We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Technician / Air Conditioning Mechanic for a modern indoor facility operation in Canada.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with advanced climate control systems in a fast-paced and growing environment.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining high operational standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including:
- Air conditioning units
- Ventilation systems
- Dehumidification equipment
- Monitor environmental systems to maintain proper temperature and humidity levels
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Support system upgrades, modifications, and new installations
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations
- Work closely with operations teams to support facility performance and efficiency
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Experience working as an HVAC Technician or Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, and climate control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Comfortable working with technical tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically capable of handling equipment in an industrial/facility environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
📌 Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant HVAC certification or trade experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is considered an asset
- Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems preferred
