Role Overview:
This role focuses on evaluating healthcare AI solutions for accuracy, compliance, and real-world applicability. The position requires deep domain expertise in healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards to validate and refine AI models before deployment. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards.
• Validate outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in model performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases in healthcare applications.
• Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports that inform model refinement and regulatory submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines for medical AI, or equivalent standards.
• Ability to interpret clinical datasets, medical terminologies (e.g., ICD-10, SNOMED CT), and AI model outputs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or adjacent domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical feedback to non-technical stakeholders.
