Clinical and emergency response capabilities, including EMT experience and foundational knowledge of Medicine, to support safe and appropriate patient guidance.
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members in a clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner.
Background in Healthcare settings, with an understanding of care coordination, patient workflows, and basic medical terminology.
Experience in Training or education, such as providing patient instruction, supporting peer training, or participating in continuous learning initiatives.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth tools, and standard office software.
