A Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing the daily operations ensuring efficient service delivery, continuous improvement of patient care and operational performance, overseeing healthcare projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including management, healthcare professionals, and external vendors.
- Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports with daily updates.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of operational staff.
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and organizational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
