Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baghdad for a Head Swim Coach. The Head Swim Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the swim program, including conducting swim lessons, creating customized training plans, and ensuring safety protocols are maintained. Additional responsibilities include supervising and mentoring assistant coaches, monitoring athlete progress, organizing swim meets, and promoting the program to attract and retain participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons delivery
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Swimming and Aquatics management
• Lifeguarding certification and expertise in water safety practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and supervise a team of coaches
• Experience in organizing swim meets or competitions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in sports science, physical education, or related field is preferred
