• Spearhead troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of all systems.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into tangible, effective technology solutions.
• Champion process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of our technology delivery.
