Head of Sales (Real Estate)
Job Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing property sales
for the company. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, generating
leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. The successful
candidate will play a key role in building and growing the company’s real estate sales
function from the ground up, while also acting as the company’s key liaison with real estate
developers and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and property sales
targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property buyers, developers, and key
stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and real estate developers, agencies, and
external property partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Sales Operations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client consultation, to property sale
closure.
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Recommend and implement effective sales processes and best practices to support growth.
Market & Performance Analysis
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer
preferences.
• Provide insights on property positioning, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Customer Experience
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the buying process.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of
achieving property sales targets.
• Must have at least 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with strong
understanding of the local property market, regulations, and sales practices.
• RERA certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other UAE property
portals for lead generation and property listings.
• Strong network within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
