Head of Sales / Commercial Partnerships
Film & Commercial Production Department
We are looking for a motivated and confident Head of Sales / Commercial Partnerships to lead our commercial video sales efforts and bring in new clients for our production company.
The role focuses on selling commercials, corporate videos, branded content, social media campaigns, and low-to-mid budget video productions to businesses, brands, restaurants, gyms, retail stores, real estate companies, startups, and other potential clients.
This person will work directly with the company owner and will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, approaching businesses door-to-door, arranging meetings, pitching our production services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Sales will be responsible for:
Approaching potential clients directly through door-to-door sales, calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and networking.
Introducing the company’s video production services to businesses and explaining how professional commercials and social media content can help them grow.
Finding new opportunities for commercials, promotional videos, corporate videos, event coverage, restaurant videos, product videos, and social media campaigns.
Setting meetings between potential clients and the company owner when needed.
Preparing basic client briefs and understanding what type of video or campaign the client needs.
Following up with leads until the deal is closed.
Building long-term relationships with brands, companies, and business owners.
Working with the company owner to create sales packages for different client budgets.
Helping the company expand into the low-budget and medium-budget commercial market, while maintaining the quality and cinematic standard of the company.
Representing the company professionally in meetings, events, and client visits.
Tracking leads, meetings, offers, and closed deals.
Company Positioning
The company is already equipped with high-end, latest-generation film cameras, professional lenses, lighting, sound equipment, and a full production team capable of producing premium commercial and cinematic work.
The company has experience handling larger productions and high-quality film projects, and is now expanding its services to also support businesses that need more affordable, fast, and effective video content for advertising and social media.
This gives the sales department a strong opportunity to approach a wide range of clients, from premium brands to small and medium businesses.
Commission Structure
This is a commission-based leadership role.
The Head of Sales will receive a commission starting from 20% per successfully closed project, with the potential to earn higher percentages depending on performance, client relationship, project type, and volume of sales.
Commission will be discussed and agreed on per project or client package.
