-Design and implement the end-to-end Project Procurement operating model, including policies, procedures, standard contract suites, templates, and systems; develop a multi-year category strategy for all construction, infrastructure, MEP, and professional services spend; integrate procurement planning with the organization’s RIBA-based project development framework and CAPEX governance structure.
-Set the standard for contract strategy and risk allocation across the portfolio aligned with commercial and contracts team; lead or supervise negotiations for flagship packages; ensure all contracts are structured to protect the organization’s interests and optimize whole-life cost outcomes.
-Own the Project Procurement governance framework including DoA, policies, and audit readiness; lead the development and implementation of the procurement risk register; report procurement KPIs, value contribution, and portfolio status to the Executive Leadership Team and Board; ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international best practice.
