Head of Program Development & Content Production Full Time NEW

This person will be responsible for converting DIMOIS Academy’s program ideas into complete, market-ready learning products.

The role is not limited to curriculum planning. The person must own the full journey from program concept to final content output, including program structure, expert coordination, Arabic content development, shooting coordination, editing follow-up, and final content readiness.

This person should think like a program architect, content product owner, and execution manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and structure new DIMOIS Academy programs based on market demand in Saudi Arabia.
2. Define the target audience, learning outcomes, modules, sessions, activities, assignments, and assessment structure for each program.
3. Coordinate with subject matter experts in management, finance, marketing, HR, AI, leadership, and other domains.
4. Convert expert knowledge into a structured DIMOIS program format.
5. Work closely with the Arabic learning designer/scriptwriter to prepare Arabic and bilingual learning content.
6. Ensure every program has slides, scripts, worksheets, activities, quizzes, assignments, and practical outputs.
7. Own the full content production process, including narrator preparation, prompter script readiness, shoot planning, studio coordination, video review, editing follow-up, and final content approval.
8. Maintain quality standards across all programs.
9. Build a repeatable “DIMOIS Program Factory” so that multiple programs can be developed continuously.
10. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to provide program USPs, brochure content, landing page content, and learner outcome points.
