Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Personnel & Payroll operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Manage payroll processing accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and internal company policies.
• Handle all personnel activities including hiring documentation, contracts, attendance, leaves, resignations, and employee files.
• Monitor attendance and leave management systems and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll reports, monthly closing, and salary transfers.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis related to headcount, turnover, attendance, overtime, and payroll costs.
• Manage social insurance and labor office procedures and ensure legal compliance.
• Support employees with payroll and personnel inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Personnel & Payroll team to improve performance and efficiency.
• Participate in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or section head role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and attendance management systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Very good command of English is preferred.
