The Head of Marketing & PR will lead the overall strategy for building and strengthening Alghad TV’s brand, leveraging corporate expertise to implement best-in-class practices within a dynamic media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing & PR strategy aligned with business objectives
Introduce and implement corporate best practices within the media environment
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (On-Air, Digital, Social Media, Events)
Manage relationships with media outlets and strategic partners
Build and develop strategic partnerships with regional and local institutions
Lead and execute field marketing initiatives for Alghad brand locally and internationally
Manage and coordinate media sponsorships for forums and key events
Lead reputation management and handle crisis communications effectively
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team
Collaborate closely with content, news, and production teams to maximize reach and impact
Job Requirements
10–15 years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations
Strong and proven corporate experience within established companies, with a solid understanding of business environments and brand management
A hybrid background across corporate and media sectors is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing and PR strategies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
Professional certifications in marketing or brand management are an advantage
