With a strong presence in Bahrain and expansion into Saudi Arabia, we are building a leading regional swimming program focused on participation, performance, and long-term athlete development.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Swimming to lead and expand our program across Bahrain and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and hands-on coaching. You will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining high standards, and building a strong coaching team across multiple locations. The role also requires delivering swimming sessions when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the swimming department’s growth and strategy
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and program delivery
- Recruit, manage, and develop coaching staff
- Expand programs across Bahrain and Eastern Saudi Arabia
- Ensure high coaching standards and structured athlete pathways
- Build relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and program success
- Deliver coaching sessions when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior swimming or head coach role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in scaling and managing sports programs
- Advanced knowledge of swimming coaching and athlete development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Hands-on approach with the ability to coach when required
- Relevant certifications (ASA, FINA, or equivalent) preferred
