We are now expanding aggressively across the MEA and APAC regions and are looking for a senior leader to help scale regional delivery and deployment execution for the platform.

Role Description

This is a high-impact leadership position at the intersection of AI infrastructure, enterprise transformation, and large-scale platform execution. This is a full-time role for the MEA & APAC regions, based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement.

The individual stepping into this role will lead the regional deployment lifecycle of a category-defining AI infrastructure platform across complex enterprise and hyperscale environments. You will work directly across engineering, enterprise customers, strategic partners, and regional delivery ecosystems to ensure scalable, resilient, and high-performance deployments across MEA and APAC.

Responsibilities include program planning, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, overseeing project milestones, and ensuring high-quality delivery across MEA & APAC regions. The role also includes providing strategic guidance, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in technical delivery, professional services, or complex enterprise deployments within SaaS, Hyper-Scale Cloud, or AI Infrastructure.
• Combination of elite operational execution and deep technical literacy. You must have the weight to interface with enterprise C-suites and the depth to speak the same language as infrastructure engineers.
• Proven experience successfully scaling enterprise software or deep-tech platforms across MEA (including KSA) and APAC, with an intricate understanding of regional compliance and sovereign data dynamics.
• An entrepreneurial, high-agency operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and can bring structure to rapid, exponential growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
• Strong Program Management and Project Management abilities, with expertise in coordinating large-scale initiatives across multiple regions.
• Experience in Consulting to engage stakeholders and provide strategic advice in alignment with business goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments effectively.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage hybrid work environments and work collaboratively across global time zones.

NOTE: This role is purely focused on software control layers, compute infrastructure orchestration, deployment execution, and AI infrastructure operations. Traditional Building Management Systems (BMS) or FMS experience is not relevant to this position.
