About the Role
This is not a typical account management role.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading client onboarding from day one
- Ensuring every client is onboarded smoothly and on time
- Overseeing content, campaigns, and overall delivery quality
- Coordinating between account managers, designers, and media buyers
- Acting as the main point of control for client satisfaction and retention
- Identifying gaps in performance and fixing them proactively
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in how the agency operates daily.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in a digital marketing agency (non-negotiable)
Previously worked as:
Senior Account Manager, OR
Account Director, OR
Client Success Lead
Solid understanding of:
Social media content strategy
Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, basic performance metrics)
Client communication and expectations
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong personality with decision-making ability
Someone who takes ownership, not just follows tasks
This Role Is NOT For
Junior account managers
Pure operations/project managers
People who only follow instructions without thinking
